If you're age 18 or older, and your address is within the Spring Lake District Library service area (Spring Lake Township, Spring Lake Village, and Crockery Township), you are eligible for an adult library card.

Please read the instructions and fill out the form below to sign up for your free library card. By applying for a library card using this form, you agree to receive communication from Lakeland Library Cooperative and its member libraries via email.

A member library card entitles the cardholder to use the services of the Lakeland Cooperative member libraries subject to the rules and procedures of the library used.
